About Lauren

Lauren joined the firm in 2008 and is currently studying her Cilex exams towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive.

Over the years she had dealt with numerous personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, employers liability claims, public liability claims, cosmetic injury claims, and occupiers liability claims within the Ministry of Justice Portal system. Lauren is now dealing with more complex litigated cases and serious injury claims. She has an extensive knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. She is a passionate negotiator to ensure the maximum damages for all clients, as well as ensuring the best treatment and rehabilitation is received to assist with rebuilding and reshaping her client's lives after injuries.

Lauren is also working alongside and assisting Louisa Donaghy, Senior Solicitor, representing service personnel in claims against the Ministry of Defence claims, involving weather injuries such as Non freezing cold injuries (NFCI) and heat illness, Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), training accidents, defective work equipment and kit failures, military medical negligence for delay in diagnosis and treatment serious health conditions, failure to downgrade, failure to adhere to downgrade status, amputation, psychiatric illness such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), military road traffic accidents and injuries sustained off service.
