Key specialisms

Order for sale for council tax

His work sees Jordan involved in the whole order for sale process. He regularly drafts order for sale applications and lodges claim forms at County Court on behalf of his clients.

He assists in the preparing of documents and instructions for local agents ahead of a hearing. Furthermore, he deals with any disputes or settlements that may occur in the lead-up to the hearing.

Once an order is made by the court, he completes warrant for possession requests and ensures that eviction dates are set in a timely manner. He then deals with the eviction and assists in monitoring properties in possession.

Service outside of jurisdiction

Jordan can complete order for sale applications against defendants who are residing outside of the UK, and most commonly outside of Europe.

His work allows clients to recover their debt from the property sale, when other forms of enforcement are not suitable due to their habitations status being abroad.

Deceased estates

He also processes repossession claims and the sales of deceased estates. He appoints the personal representative of estates and oversees the distribution of estate funds once a property is sold.
