Jo joined as a partner in our domestic property department and is based in our Lincoln office.
She graduated from Northampton University in the year 2000 with a 2:1 in Law. Jo then studied the LPC in Leicester and graduated in 2001 with commendation before qualifying in 2005.
Jo advises on residential property and has practiced in this area since qualifying in 2005. She deals with all aspects of residential property, both freehold and leasehold and companies purchasing residential property.
Within all the aspects of residential property, Jo has particular specialism in equity release transaction, both purchasing with an equity release mortgage and entering into an equity release mortgage on an existing property.
