Jenna is an operational lead within our commercial recoveries team in Grimsby.
She acts mainly for commercial organisations, public sector and non for profit clients, undertaking collections and legal recovery work. Jenna also deals with property related debt including leasehold recoveries, service charges, major works debt, commercial rent arrears and insurance premiums.
Jenna assists in the management of our commercial recoveries team, managing resources on a day to day basis, holding daily ‘query sessions’ with team members and liaising with clients to ensure work is conducted within agreed service levels.
Joining the firm as a paralegal in 2015 within the recoveries team and progressing to a senior paralegal, then team leader in 2017, Jenna has experience in collections, legal recoveries and enforcement, together with knowledge of personal insolvency. She is highly experienced in management practices focusing on implementing effective recovery strategies, motivating and developing personnel within the debt recovery arena.
Jenna is currently studying to obtain her Chartered Management Institute Level 3 in Management and Leadership and is a studying member of the Institute. She is set to pass in June 2019.
