Carol Rigby is a personal injury litigator in the personal injury team based in our Grimsby office.
Carol deals with a range of complicated high-value cases for the Personal Injury team. She has a breadth of experience in personal injury claims that fall within the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portal.
With knowledge on the Civil Procedure Rules, Carol is involved with litigates cases and negotiating claims to achieve the highest level of award for each client. From start to finish, she will ensure the appropriate treatment is arranged for her client's during the process.
