Brian Gray is a commercial property executive within our commercial property department based at our Beverley office.
Brian joins the firm with a mix of both in-house corporate background and Local Authority background having spent a number of years with Yorkshire Tyne Tees Television Holdings PLC as Assistant Company Secretary and then legal adviser for the Yorkshire Tyne Tees area on the takeover by Granada.
He has also worked for the large service provider Sodexo as legal adviser to the Health Education and Defence divisions on all contract matters and PFI. Over the last seventeen years Brian has been employed in Local Government carrying out a wide mix of commercial property work and contracts in relation to the provision of Housing, Elderly Care and Academy Conversions and has been lead on a number of strategic delivery projects working closely with other departments on the provision of infrastructure and planning support documentation.
