About Amy

Amy Murphy is a solicitor within our Wills, estates, tax and trusts team based in our Beverley office.

Amy qualified as a solicitor with Wilkin Chapman in September 2020 and has experience in dealing with a wide range of Wills, estate, tax and trust matters. This includes:

  • the preparation of Wills

  • estate planning

  • the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney

  • acting in the administration of the deceased’s estates

  • trust matters

Amy is currently studying towards her STEP exams (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and will be due to finish these exams in June 2025.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Amy graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2016 and completed her master’s degree at the University of Law in 2018.
