The Lex 100 is published annually and is the student guide to working in law.

The Lex 100 listings are based on the results of online surveys, which are sent to current trainees to find out their views on what it's like to work at their law firms. The trainees provide honest, valuable feedback about their law firms' professional and social environments, rating important aspects of their working life, from general job satisfaction, amount of client contact and stress levels, to social life and confidence of being kept on.

It is these results which are then published in the Lex 100 guide. Law students can browse the guide online and research which law firm is likely to be the best match for their upcoming training period.
