Our commitment to quality
Our staff and partners have made a substantial commitment to quality standards across the business. We were awarded the Lexcel quality mark by the Law Society in 1999, and were the first law firm in Lincolnshire to receive the standard.
The Lexcel mark means that, as a firm, we have successfully implemented the Law Society's Practice Management Standards, which are designed to help firms improve client care and efficiency within the office. We also employ a Quality Auditor to audit and maintain quality standards. A copy of our firms' quality policy is available to relevant interested parties on request.
Our Chief Executive and Senior Partner
Our chief executive is Des Mannion, who joined us on 1 April 2015. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm and operational management, including accounts, IT, marketing and human resources. Des has a reputation for delivering value and has a depth of experience in professional service firms which enables him to focus on the continual development and growth of the firm.
Our senior partner is Mark Carlton who is a specialist in family law and has over 25 years' experience in this field. He has Advanced Membership of the Law Society's Family Law Accreditation Scheme and was one of the UK's first legal experts to qualify under the family law arbitration scheme. He is also a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer, as well as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Resolution.
