Our recoveries department successfully achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for its debt recovery and insolvency services.


Certification to ISO 9001:2015 means that the recoveries department’s management systems have been independently audited, and conform to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard, which is part of the ISO 9000 family of standards. These internationally recognised standards, address an organisation’s quality management systems, and help to ensure that their products and services consistently meet the needs and expectations of customers.

Commenting on the firm’s certification, Gary Jarvis, from the Centre for Assessment Ltd, the independent certification body responsible for conducting the ISO 9001:2015 assessment, said: “I would like to congratulate Wilkin Chapman LLP on the successful outcome of their recent ISO 9001 Assessment.
