The Government’s new tribunal decisions website, lets you search for a particular case by name, date or judge. You can even search by the type of case you’re looking for (breach of contract, equal pay, etc).
This sort of access to information also means, of course, that if you’ve been involved in a tribunal case then there’s the potential for that fact to become widely known at the touch of a few buttons. In some situations, that will be enough to put one or both parties off pursuing the claim or the defence. And that’s certainly food for thought.
