Brenda joined the firm with a wealth of expertise, having qualified as a solicitor in 1990. She has over 18 years experience in dealing with clinical negligence and personal injury claims.
Brenda specialises in medical negligence and is a member of The Law Society's Specialist Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme.
She also deals with a full range of accident claims including injuries of the utmost severity and road traffic accidents, falls, accidents at work, criminal injuries and industrial diseases and is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Brenda is also an Independent Adjudicator for the Legal Services Commission where she reviews applications for public funding (legal aid).
Brenda's love of horses has also seen her profession and passion combined. She has written a book on equine law, and has also penned articles for equine magazines and lectures in animal welfare and protection legislation at the University of Lincoln, where she is a Visiting Fellow.
