Partner, Nigel Burn is head of the criminal department and is based at the Lincoln office. Nigel has specialised in crime since 1980 and has held the Law Society’s Higher Courts (Criminal Proceedings) qualification since 1994, entitling him to appear in the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal. He has represented defendants throughout the Magistrates Court, in the Crown Court, in Courts Martial and in the Court of Appeal.
All of the criminal team are members of the Law Society's Criminal Litigation Panel.
