Victoria is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has over 12 years experience in property law. She joined Wilkin Chapman in 1999 as a Legal Assistant in the residential property department, having spent 3 years at another law firm in a similar role and in 2002, she moved to the commercial property department.
She has dealt with property transactions throughout England and Wales and specialises in residential leasehold property. In particular, she acts for property investors, developers and builders in the granting of new leases for residential flats, shared/part ownership leases and in preparing documentation for freehold and leasehold new-build property.
She deals with the acquisition of property portfolios for companies and for investors on to buy-to-let transactions.
