Teresa joined Wilkin Chapman Grange in November 2005. She qualified in 1999 and has specialised exclusively in employment law since this date.
Teresa has advised and represented various high profile employers, including international corporations, plc's, public authorities and major educational establishments on all aspects of employment law, including high value claims relating to sex, race and disability discrimination at the Employment Tribunal. She has advised on the exit strategy of senior executives for a wide variety of clients, including those of “household name” employers.
Teresa became a Partner of the firm in April 2008 and is a Governer at The Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education.
