Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in corporate & commercial and commercial property matters (including non-contentious construction work). As a partner, he is also CEO/Clerk to a charity with considerable property interests and works closely with the public sector.
Stephen has substantial negotiating and drafting experience in relation to all corporate matters particularly mergers and acquisitions, in commercial matters and special project work, with an emphasis on complex developments and financing. He has also led multi-disciplined and multi-jurisdictional teams in relation to property financing up to $1 billion.
Stephen is a Fellow of Nottingham University Business School and is listed as a commercial property expert within the 2012 Legal Experts Directory.
