Solicitor
Shona graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2003 with a degree in Philosophy and Theology. She went on to the work for the Consumer Credit Counselling Service and Community Legal Services providing debt, employment, housing and welfare advice before deciding to pursue a career in law. Shona completed her Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course in York in 2009.
Shona qualified as a solicitor in 2011 following a training contract with the firm. She advises on contractual disputes, unfair dismissal claims, sex, race and disability discrimination claims and TUPE and redundancy exercises. Shona also drafts employment contracts and policies and restraint of trade clause and restrictive covenants.
