Chartered Legal Executive
Sheila joined the firm's residential property department in 2007 based in Lincoln, having spent 7 years in a similar role at a conveyancing practice in Long Eaton, Nottingham.
She became a member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1995 and now deals with all residential property matters including: freehold and leasehold land, sales, purchases, part exchange, remortgage, shared ownership, transfer of equity, right to buy, registered and unregistered land, new build properties, first time buyer purchases, LSAP armed forces loans, and lifetime mortgages.
