Partner and Head of Corporate and Commercial
Following qualification Russell has dealt exclusively with the business client initially in Lincoln until 1996 when he joined Wilkin Chapman LLP in Grimsby and then from September 1999 when he returned to Lincoln to run the Corporate and Commercial Department.
He specialises in the provision of Company Commercial advice ranging from mergers and acquisitions through to intellectual property and insolvency advice.
Russell is involved with the local ProHelp Group (which provides voluntary assistance to local community groups) and is a Governor of St Mary's Preparatory School.
