Ruth has over 25 years’ experience in high-value and complex property transactions particularly dealing with commercial development projects, retail tenant work, investment and logistics sectors.

She is also able to advise on a wide range of development projects from residential care homes and all types of high quality lease work including acting for national retailer of iconic brand product. Other experience includes overage agreements; options; planning and all other infrastructure agreements; sale and purchase of multi-let investment premises; pre-lets, development agreements and conditional planning agreements; non contentious construction documents including warranties, appointments and amendments to JCT building contracts and advising on environmental liability.
