Philip Day

Philip Day is a nationally recognised expert in agricultural law and has extensive knowledge of UK and EU farming legislation and its application. Philip advises farmers and landowners on all aspects of agricultural property, tenancy, taxation, planning law, subsidies quotas, arbitrations and general agricultural business and partnership matters.

Philip is a Notary Public, member of the Committee of the Agricultural Law Association and member of the CLA, NFU and TFA. He acts as Secretary to the Lincolnshire Association of Agricultural Valuers and has now been made an honarary member of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (the National body of Agricultural Valuers). He is one of only 4 lawyers in the country to be so recognised.

He has worked on the Mid Term Review of the Common Agricultural Policy in conjunction with the CAAV and was the only solicitor to be a member of the National Working Party on the Mid Term Review.
