Partner and Head of Crime
Nigel is a partner at the Lincoln office and heads the Crime Department within the firm. He has specialised in crime since 1980 and has held the Law Society Higher Courts (Criminal Proceedings) qualification since 1994. He has represented defendants in person in the Crown Court, in Courts Martial and in the Court of Appeal.
He is a member of the Law Society's Criminal Litigation Accreditation Scheme.
Nigel is a specialist in Military discipline matters and has represented defendants before Courts Martial and Military Summary Appeal courts on a regular basis, having appeared in many thousands of Courts Martial both in the UK and abroad.
