Madeline joined Wilkin Chapman in 2007 and deals with the full range of debt recovery issues including possession action, orders for sale, and mortgage repossessions.
As a fully qualified Legal Executive, she has over 17 years experience with debt recovery and is a leading expert on the enforcement of Charging Orders by application for Order for Sale. She also has an in-depth knowledge of the Consumer Credit Acts 1974 and 2006.
