Leanne Cook

Leanne joined the firm in 2005 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2006.

Leanne has over 5 years experience of dealing with all aspects of commercial property work including sale and purchase of commercial property, residential and commercial developments, leases (landlord and tenant), buy-to-let investment as well as assisting with the property aspects of commercial transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and inter-company transfers.

Leanne has been an elected member of the Lincolnshire Chamber of Commerce Lincoln Area Council for the last 4 years and also sits on the Local Affairs Committee. She acts as liaison for the firm for the Business In The Community (ProHelp) Scheme, regularly attending meetings and dealing with the work involved in giving legal advice to charities or charitable organisations under the Scheme, for the benefit of the local community.
