Lesley is a partner in our Beverley office. She qualified as a solicitor in 1994 since when she has specialised in tax planning trusts, wills and probate. Her main area of work is inheritance tax planning for high net worth individuals which incorporates trusts and more complex wills. In addition to this, she also deals with probate work and provides services to the elderly which includes care home fee planning, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection applications.
She is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), a member of the Law Society's Probate Section and a member of Women in Business.
