Juliet has been specialising in family law for over 25 years and has been involved in a whole range of contentious disputes including matters litigated in the High Court and European Court.
Juliet has extensive experience in dealing with all types of family related disputes and settlements including divorce, judicial separation, preparation of separation agreements, substantial financial proceedings including maintenance, capital assets and pensions.
She has also dealt with civil disputes including contractual issues and those relating to professional negligence and matters relating to contentious probate, wills and inheritance dispute work.
