John is based at the firm's Family Law & Mediation centre in Town Hall Street, Grimsby. He has 42 years experience in the legal profession. For the last 35 years he has practiced solely in the area of Family Law. His experience covers a wide range of subjects including divorce, judicial separation, preparation of separation agreements, mediation, Magistrates' Court proceedings, Children Act matters both private and public, substantial financial proceedings including maintenance, Capital Assets and Pensions, maintenance and contact variation matters and international child care matters particularly “Hague Convention” proceedings.
