Legal Executive
Joshua joined the firm in 2004 and qualified as a Legal Executive in 2011. He deals with a variety of litigation cases and has experience of landlord and tenant work dealing with possession claims for both residential and commercial premises. He also deals with proceedings against trespassers.
Joshua has also developed an expertise in dealing with consumer credit claims, representing a national loan firm defending consumer credit claims on mis-selling of payment protection insurance.
