Ian is a partner in the commercial department at the firm's Grimsby office. He joined the commercial team in 2000 when he moved back to his home town of Grimsby having spent the previous seven years working in London for two high profile city law firms.
Ian has over 19 years experience in dealing with a variety of corporate and commercial matters and advises clients on matters such as company sales and purchases, MBO's, MBI's, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations and commercial contracts.
He is this region's leading expert on School Academy Conversions and acted for 2 of the first tranche of schools in the UK to convert.
