As a litigation partner, Graham has 30 years of experience of civil litigation and since 1993 has been a Deputy District Judge. He undertakes a broad range of work and still occasionally appears in the Magistrates Court in certain areas of regulatory and associated work both as a prosecutor and defence representative.
His main area of work is commercial litigation but he has a special interest in contentious probate, will and inheritance dispute work and professional negligence. He is a member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
Having acted for both claimants and defendants and clients ranging from individuals to large PLCs, Graham brings a wide range of general commercial experience to his work, always looking at problems from a practical and commercial aspect as well as simply a legal issue.
