Dave is a self employed consultant with Wilkin Chapman Goolden. As a former Senior Police Officer with Lincolnshire Police, Dave held the positions of Divisional Commander and Detective Chief Superintendent (Head of Crime), with additional portfolios of Gold Commander, RIPA Authorising Officer and Police Misconduct Panel Member.
He has conducted a number of sensitive misconduct investigations involving both Police staff and Police Officers aswell as being the Senior Investigating Officer for numerous Crime related enquiries. Dave is a former member of the Homicide Working Group Technical Development Committee, responsible for the development of training and accreditation for Senior Police Officers throughout the country. Dave has expertise in policy review and development and significant experience in delivering change within Protective Services and crime related departments.
