Partner and Head of Litigation
David is the Head of the Litigation department and has specialised almost exclusively in Employment Law for over 20 years. He is widely regarded as the leading expert in employment law in the region, advising most of the leading businesses in the region and beyond. He is experienced both as an adviser and as an Employment Tribunal advocate across the full range of employment law issues including unfair dismissal, business reorganisation, acquisitions and mergers, redundancy, equal pay, contracts of employment and discrimination at work.
David is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is the Honorary Icelandic Consul for Grimsby.
