Consultant (Non-Solicitor)
Alan is a self employed consultant (non Solicitor) at Wilkin Chapman Goolden. He has over 19 years experience of Local Government administration, specialising in ethical standards, constitutional issues and elections. He was the monitoring officer of East Lindsey District Council and head of Administration and Elections. He has conducted numerous local standards investigations and has trained both councillors and standards committees in a number of authorities. He is currently the Clerk to Mablethorpe Town Council.
