Many employers feel restricted by insurance companies in terms of the flexibility they are allowed in making decisions concerning their employees. We are able to provide objective advice to assist you in achieving your commercial goals without the restrictions which insurance led packages impose. The vast majority of claims are avoidable if proper workplace policies are implemented, so if you follow our advice we can help you minimise the risk.

Unlike many consultancies whose service is poor and anonymous, through our devoted telephone line you will have immediate and unlimited access to one of our team of qualified and experienced lawyers who will act as your dedicated advisor and with whom you will be able to build up an ongoing relationship. If for any reason that person is unavailable, there will always be another member of the qualified team to answer your query.
We are able to offer unlimited telephone and email employment advice on a wide range of employment issues between the hours of 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday.

Price
The service is available to you for an agreed annual fee and is calculated by reference to the number of employees, including part-time, temporary and agency workers, in your organisation. Please ask for a quote.
Insurance
We do understand that some businesses feel happier with insurance protection which is why our package can be tailored to include this at a competitive rate to cover legal costs and compensation payable at Employment Tribunals whilst retaining your freedom to use the solicitor of your choice.
If you choose not to take insurance we can offer competitive rates for Employment Tribunal Representation.

Terms and Conditions and Pricing Structure
Advice
Advice is limited to contractual and statutory employment issues. Our advice service is subject to our carrying out of an audit of current policies and procedures for which we will quote a competitive fixed price. We can also draft employment documents for you at competitive rates.
Pricing Structure
The annual fee is calculated by reference to the number of employees, including pert-time, temporary and agency workers. The number will be determined by reference to the clients PAYE records and any relevant agency agreements at the outset and at the end of the term.
The contract is for a period of one year and there is no obligation on either party to renew.
