We recognise that our clients want practical advice rather than legal theorising. We aim to provide qualified solicitors who not only know and understand the law but how to apply it to practical effect. We have the resources to offer the response and support you need, when you need it.

The employment team offers to clients an employment law advice line service. Clients pay a fixed monthly fee and are entitled to unlimited telephone and email advice from a dedicated solicitor, who builds an ongoing relationship with the client. We can also provide insurance to cover legal costs and compensation awarded by Employment Tribunals.

The employment team can also provide an on-site human resources support and assistance service for clients who need help with matters such as:

  • Displinary hearings
  • Grievance hearings
  • Recruitment
  • Managing absence
  • Managing poor performance

This support is provided by our experienced HR professional, Katie George. Prior to joining the firm’s employment team, Katie worked as a human resources officer and manager for over 11 years in a number of large businesses.
