Insolvency
We are the only firm to operate a “no fees” service. Our insolvency experts will advise on case selection, prospects of recovery and guide you through the insolvency process. A Bankruptcy Order is only “half time” in the recovery process as far as we are concerned. We will manage the post bankruptcy process for you endeavouring to appoint one of our Partner Insolvency Practitioners quickly to act as Trustee in Bankruptcy. We will then push hard to recover your debt and costs from the bankrupt’s estate.
Charging Orders
Charging Orders are often the most appropriate method of enforcement. We will advise on procedure, transfer the Liability Order for enforcement in the County Court and obtain the Charging Order on a fixed fee basis. Advice on the prospects and costs of an enforcement of the Charging Order by a forced sale may be provided and if advisable undertaken on a “no fees” basis.
Sundry Debts
Whether it is sundry debt, overpayment of housing benefit or recovery of rent arrears, our fully computerised debt recovery system operated by experienced staff will ensure cost effective and efficient recovery. We will be pleased to discuss your requirements and agree rates.
