The Senior Partner is Philip Day. Julia Whittaker is the firm's Chief Executive and is responsible for the operational management of the firm including accounts, IT, marketing and human resources. Julia is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, hence the firm is proactive in retaining existing clients, extending its client base and developing new services.
