Helen attended the University of Kent in Canterbury, before studying at the College of Law in Chester. After completing her training contract in Lincoln, she qualified as a solicitor in 2007.

With over 15 years’ experience, she is now involved in all aspects of non-contentious commercial property. She regularly deals with the buying and selling of both freehold and leasehold properties, landlord and tenant matters, and renewable energy projects and developments.

Helen is best known for specialising in the sale and purchase of development land for both landowners and developers. She also advises on option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional contracts, and overage arrangements.

Helen has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. She is regularly involved in advising landowners on agreements in relation to renewable energy projects such as solar farm developments, battery storage, and cable leases for offshore developments.
