Date 15 May
Time 15:00 - 17:00
Shoot growing into tree

Ever wondered how you could make your business practices more sustainable? Join E-Factor’s informative greener premises workshop to hear from local sustainability experts, held at our Grimsby HQ.

Liz Walmsley, our director of operational change and facilities, will share how our inviting office, developed in collaboration with North East Lincolnshire Council, has become a positive example of green innovation in the local community.

She’ll delve into how our modern HQ has differed from our previous office locations and explain our decisions behind moving to an energy-efficient space. She’ll also share how we’re monitoring the energy we’re using and discuss our commitment to the environment through our developing ESG journey.

Liz will also be joined by speakers Dee Hitter and Dr James Wood. Dee Hitter, from North East Lincolnshire Council’s Head of Environment Sustainability, will shed light on their innovative ‘tree strategy’, while Dr James Wood, representing Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust, will share valuable insights on ‘backyard biodiversity for businesses.’

Who should attend?

This workshop is ideal for business owners, environmental managers, and marketing professionals from SMEs. Eco-conscious entrepreneurs and wildlife and biodiversity enthusiasts will learn a great deal from these industry insights.

This workshop is free to attend for Business Hive members, or £15 for non-members. Attendees will be required to bring a laptop to this interactive workshop.
